Ingredients
- Cucumber 50gm
- Spinach 100gm
- Celery stalks 50gm
- Fennel 1/2tsp
- Ginger 1/2tsp
- Mint leaves 1tsp
- Lettuce leaves 50gm
- Green Apple 100gm
- Black pepper 1/4tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 1tsp

Preparation
- Rinse cucumber, spinach, celery stalks, fennel, ginger, lettuce and apple.
- Peel carrots and ginger. Remove stem and core apples.
- Roll leafy ingredients to form a ball so it’s easier to push them into the juicer.
- Slice fruit and vegetables as needed to fit into the juicer.
- Start juicing one ingredient at a time in no particular order.
- Sieve them if need.
- Mix black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
- Serve fresh and chilled.
