- Beetroot, chopped 200gm
- Carrots, chopped 100gm
- Curd 100gm
- Fresh mint leaves 10gm
- Green chilies, chopped 2
- Salt to taste
- Black salt to taste
- Ice cubes as required

Preparation
- Put the beetroot, carrots, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, black salt, cumin seeds, and half of curd in a blender and blend for two to three minutes.
- Add the remaining yogurt, and continue to blend for another two minutes. Pour into tall glasses and serve with ice cubes immediately.
