- Sweetener to taste
- Rock salt to taste
- Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation
- Put the paneer and milk in a liquidizer and churn until creamy.
- Mash the strawberries.
- Beat the curds with sugar free, add to the paneer cream and strawberries then mix well.
- Serve chill.
