1. Orange mix Fruity



Ingredients

• Hung curd -200gm
• Blanch and grated Carrot -50gm
• Orange segments -100gm
• Orange juice -25ml
• Ginger 1/4tsp
• Cinnamon, ground 1/4tsp
• Sugar free to taste

Method
1. For hung curd, tie curd in a muslin cloth or cheese cloth and hang that for 4 hours to drain all the water.
2. Blend together cinnamon, curd, and ginger in blender.
3. Mix everything together.
4. Add sugar free.
5. Chill for an hour and serve.

2. Bread Halva

Ingredients
• Slices of Brown bread 100gm remove the edge (optional)
• Sugar free to taste
• Olive oil 5ml
• Boiled toned milk 200ml
• Cardamom powder1/2 tsp
• Roasted and grated Almonds 10gm

Preparation
• Roast the bread slices in 1 tsp oil till golden brown.
• Cut into small pieces.
• Heat the milk and add the bread pieces to it.
• Keep stirring till the bread absorbs the milk and becomes soft.
• Add sugar free, cardamom powder and mix well.
• Garnish with roasted almonds.

3. STRAWBERRY YOGHURT


Calcium and Protein rich sweet


Ingredients
• Strawberry cut in to slices 50gm
• Fresh hung curd (Skimmed) 100gm
• Sweetener to taste
• Fresh Paneer 50gm
• Skimmed Milk 1Tbsp.

Method:
1. Put the paneer and milk in a liquidizer and churn until creamy.
2. Mash the strawberries.
3. Beat the curds with sugar free, add to the paneer cream and strawberries then mix well.
4. Serve chill.
