1. Amle Ka Sherbet

Vitamin C is an excellent anti-oxidant and as amla is so rich in Vitamin C, its promotes normal adrenal function and glandular activity; its helps combat free radicals. Amla also helps boost protein metabolism, so if you exercise and work out regularly you will benefit greatly from regular Amla intake. Amla enhances metabolism, it helps lose weight faster.

• Indian gooseberry (amla),boiled and chopped 50gm
• Sugar free to taste
• Rock salt to taste
• Cumin powder1/2 teaspoon

1. Put amla in blender jar with 1½ cups water in which amla was boiled and blend into a smooth puree.
2. Heat 1 cup water in a deep non stick pan. Add amla puree and stir. Add sugar free and mix, cook till it comes to a boil.
3. Mix rock salt and cumin powder in a bowl. Add 2-3 teaspoons water and mix. Add this to the pan and mix. Cook for 10 minutes, removing scum in between.
4. Pour into sterilized bottles, serve chilled.

2. Green Energizer Juice

• Cucumber 50gm
• Spinach 100gm
• Celery stalks 50gm
• Fennel 1/2tsp
• Ginger 1/2tsp
• Mint leaves 1tsp
• Lettuce leaves 50gm
• Green Apple 100gm
• Black pepper 1/4tsp
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice 1tsp

1. Rinse cucumber, spinach, celery stalks, fennel, ginger, lettuce and apple.
2. Peel carrots and ginger. Remove stem and core apples.
3. Roll leafy ingredients to form a ball so it’s easier to push them into the juicer.
4. Slice fruit and vegetables as needed to fit into the juicer.
5. Start juicing one ingredient at a time in no particular order.
6. Sieve them if need.
7. Mix black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
8. Serve fresh and chilled. .

Bael fruit Juice cleans and tones up the intestines. It improves your appetite and removes constipation.

• Bael 200 gm
• Water 150L
• Stevia extract powder to taste

• Break open the bael and remove the pulp.
• Soak the pulp in water and leave overnight.
• Mix the stevia extract in the water and add to the bael mixture.
• Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth. Discard the pulp.
• Serve chilled in individual glasses.

Healthy calcium, Iron, rich chaas

• Beetroot, chopped 200gm
• Carrots, chopped 100gm
• Curd 100gm
• Fresh mint leaves 10gm
• Green chilies, chopped 2
• Salt to taste
• Black salt to taste
• Roasted cumin seeds 1/2tsp
• Ice cubes as required

1. Put the beetroot, carrots, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, black salt, cumin seeds, and half of curd in a blender and blend for two to three minutes.
2. Add the remaining yogurt, and continue to blend for another two minutes. Pour into tall glasses and serve with ice cubes immediately.
